About Me
As a creative and collaborative Instructional Designer, I have experience in developing learning content across diverse settings. My experience and knowledge in instructional design is enhanced by my skills in implementing the ADDIE model, SAM, needs analysis, and e-Learning development throughout my design process. I am skilled at designing impactful learning experiences through job aids, microlearning modules, and detailed training materials. My empathetic approach ensures that I address the diverse needs and perspectives of learners, crafting solutions that are both inclusive and learner-centric.
I offer a range of instructional design services, including design documents, storyboards, needs analysis, e-Learning development, and interactive content creation. My process brings engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of your organization and the learner.
Education, art and design, and travel have been my passions in life and I have spent almost 20 years designing and facilitating instructor-led and virtual learning experiences for a diversity of populations including adult business students and young children. I have been an instructor in Qatar, Albania, Saudi Arabia, South Korea and the United States. I have worked alongside people from all walks of life which have tested and strengthened my collaboration skills.
I am driven by the success of my learners and their personal stories of growth and I follow best practices so that they may achieve their full potential. As a lifelong learner inspired by the world around me, I always am in search of or enrolled in continued educational courses. Whether it be about design, art, or my own personal growth, continuing education is important to me. I feel my own learning experiences also drive my passion to create engaging and innovative learning.

This badge is the culmination of a 9-month program called Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA). It is earned after completing the ID Fundamentals, Rise, Storyline, eLearning Development, and Instructional Design Process badges. Earners complete 400+ lessons, receive extensive coaching, and complete a rigorous set of learning activities with practice, feedback, multiple revisions, and the completion of simulated client projects. Earners create a portfolio that must pass certain criteria.
